Our customer required replacement of their worn 50 year old casing and wanted prices for new pumps. The new pumps however, do not fit the same as the existing parts, so the customer would have had to purchase an entire new system. The price of the new system was very high due to the various additional pieces such as piping changes, a new motor, as well as the labour to create the system.  With reverse engineering, Emnor was able to produce the pattern, casing, and double suction impeller necessary for the customer’s system, at a more economical price.
