Our customer suffered major damage to an obsolete 9,500 usgpm / 240’ tdh pump There were no current “drop in” replacements available Package price for new pump / motor / base was $180,000.00.

The $180,000.00 did not include piping changes and civil work Emnor repaired extensive damage to the casing, and reverse engineered the entire rotating assembly Pattern tooling was made for the impeller and bearing housings.

Total price for the repaired pump was $78,000.00.
